Abstract

This review essay offers a frank evaluation of the quadrant system Jim Belcher uses for characterizing the various influential political positions found in America today. Although the quadrant formula is quite helpful in seeing the strata of American social consciousness, this essay points to an unfinished commencing of Belcher's ideas which Seel argues could/should have been extended.
