Learning to Be What You Were Created to Be
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article considers a Lutheran approach to virtue and character formation in light of the two kinds of righteousness as well as law and gospel. Follwing Luther's teaching in "Freedom of the Christian," the article contends for a Christian ethic based on the law with the gospel excluded, and focused on sevice to the other rather than on personal improvement or fulfillment.
